Use of the website and the platform involves the collection of cookies, which are small pieces of data with information that are downloaded to your device through your browser.

This Cookie Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) is an integral part of the Privacy Policy. All terms and definitions are used in this Cookie Policy in the same meaning as in the applicable Privacy Policy.

1.1. Scope of Application. This Policy applies when the Controller processes cookies of the Website visitors, Users and their Representatives.

By using the functionality of the Platform, Users may also independently process cookies of other individuals on the Projects, including when applying protection systems against DDoS attacks and automated requests, as well as in case of disabling the simplified statistics mode in the Project settings and/or when using third-party metrics.

If such cookies are recognized as Personal Data under applicable legislation, the Controller processes cookies, acting on behalf of the User in accordance with the Data Processing Agreement.

1.2. Types of Cookies. In accordance with the generally accepted classification, the Controller may collect and process:
1) essential cookies that enable the operation of the Website and the Platform;
2) functional cookies necessary to save the settings of the Website visitors, Users and their Representatives;
3) analytical cookies that allow to collect statistics in order to improve the user experience;
4) marketing cookies that allow to recognize unique visitors to the Website for the purpose of optimizing advertising.

1.3. Retention and Processing Periods. The Controller’s cookies are stored for no longer than 90 days from the moment of the first visit to the Website or the Platform. The retention periods of third-party cookies are determined independently by the respective third-party service providers.

2. Controller’s Cookies

2.1. Ensuring the Website Functioning. The Controller processes essential and functional cookies of visitors in order to ensure the Website functioning, including to ensure the transition to its regional version. Such processing shall be carried out based on the Controller's legitimate interest or the consent received:

2.2. Technical Functioning of the Platform. For the purpose of engineering support of the Platform functioning, the Controller processes essential functional cookies of the Users and their Representatives. Depending on the provisions of the applicable legislation, such processing is carried out by the Controller on the basis of a legitimate interest, an Agreement with the User, or consent received:

2.3. Statistics Collection and Analytics. For the purpose of analyzing traffic on the Website, the Controller collects and processes analytical cookies using an internal statistics system. The collection and processing of analytical cookies are carried out by the Controller on the basis of the consent obtained:

3. Third-Party Cookies

3.1. Conversion Measurement and Advertising Optimization. On certain subdomains of the Website, the Meta Pixel service is enabled, which collects marketing cookies to recognize unique visitors and optimize advertising. The processing of marketing cookies is carried out in accordance with Meta’s Privacy Policy on the basis of consent:

The Controller does not have access to the cookies processed through the use of the Meta Pixel service and does not have the ability to control their collection by the service provider.

3.2. Request Verification. In order to verify requests during registration and authorization on the Platform, the Controller uses reCAPTCHA service, owned by Google Cloud EMEA Limited. To analyze behavioral characteristics, the Controller process cookies of the Website visitors, Users and their Representatives based on a legitimate interest:

3.3. Posting and Displaying Videos. The Controller uses integrations with third-party services to display video on the Website and/or the Platform. Owners of such services may independently collect cookies on the Website and/or the Platform independently of the Controller in order to ensure the operability of the integrations.

The Controller recommends the Website visitors, Users and their Representatives to read the processing policies of these services, and in case of disagreement with their terms and conditions, disable collection of third-party cookies in the settings of the browser in the manner prescribed by the Policy.

4. Cookie Management

4.1. Use of a Pop-Up Banner. On the first visit to the Website, the Controller is asked to accept or reject the use of certain cookies by setting the settings in the pop-up banner. The banner ensures the collection of consent for cookie processing in accordance with applicable legislation.

4.2. Refusal to Use Cookies. Essential cookies are necessary for the operation of the Website and the Platform and therefore cannot be disabled. However, visitors to the Website, Users, and their Representatives may opt out of the collection of other cookies by:
1) selecting the appropriate settings in the pop-up banner during their first visit to the Website and/or the Platform;
2) changing cookie processing settings in their web browser;
3) using third-party extensions.

Most browsers also provide for deleting previously collected cookies stored on the device. However, rejection of cookies and/or their deletion may negatively affect the interface of the Website, as well as make some functions of the Platform inaccessible.
